An aligned organization is «one in which individual efforts are coordinated and capitalized to achieve a common goal, an essential condition not only to grow but even to survive.»

Organizational alignment and its dimensions

💎The strategy of an organization or business is «a number of principles that, when communicated and adopted in the organization, model for decision making.» It is the way in which people in an organization use resources and make decisions based on objectives. The strategy answers the questions that this company asks about what it lives on, what objectives it has and what results it wants to achieve.

💎Culture is a publicly and collectively accepted system of meanings that works for a group at a given time. This classic definition includes beliefs, identity, rituals, and myths. Culture answers the following questions: what is our identity, what holds us together, how do we commit ourselves?

💎Regarding leadership, the role of leadership in organizational alignment is to ensure that each area, process and person in the company work towards the same or the same objectives. People will look at where the company is going and what kind of example the leader provides.
